作物种质资源创新与利用

工作经历：

1987年来到中国农业科学院棉花研究所工作，1987年-1991年，作为研究实习员，从事棉花育种工作。1992年-1997年，作为助理研究员；1998年-2003年，作为为副研究员；2004年晋升为研究员，一直从事种质资源研究工作。先后担任种质资源室副主任和主任以及棉花生物育种与综合利用国家重点实验室副主任。从事棉花种质资源研究工作30多年，建立了我国棉花种质资源收集、保存、鉴定评价的协作网络；对大量棉花遗传资源丰产、优质、抗逆、抗病等性状进行了精准鉴定和优异基因资源挖掘。
