Dissection of the genetic variation and candidate genes of lint percentage by a genome-wide association study in upland cotton

论文简介：通过全基因组相关分析研究发现了了6个衣分相关的QTL。其中两个候选基因Gh_D05G013和Gh_D05G1124都含有一个显著的SNP，在胚珠和纤维发育阶段高度表达，进一步研究表明这两个基因可能是提高衣分过程中最具有可能性的调节因子。该研究中发现的这些有利SNP可能对提高皮棉产量起到关键作用。
