工作经历：

    从事棉花早熟育种和分子改良工作。先后主持国家"十五"、"十一五"、"十二五"和"十三五"国家重点课题和人才项目，采用常规育种和分子技术相结合，选育早棉花品种16个，发表论文76篇，著作3部；被评为农业部有突出贡献的中青年专家，获国务院政府特津、全国农业科研杰出人才。作为中华农业科技优秀创新团队，在棉花分子育种技术创新、棉花光敏不育系改良和育种方法探索方面进展显著。
