何守朴

科研经历:

何守朴,男,博士,特聘研究员,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者。2009年7月起就职于中国农业科学院棉花研究所品种资源研究室。自参加工作以来一直从事棉花种质资源研究,主要研究方向是利用基因学和群体遗传学方法解析栽培棉重要性状的遗传基础。

科研成果:

先后主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金和国家重点研发计划子课题。以第一作者和通讯作者身份在《Nature Genetics》,《New Phytologist》,《Plant Biotechnology Journal》,《Theoretical and Applied Genetics》,《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》,《Journal of Genetics and Genomics》,《Science China Life Science》,《Industrial Crops and Products》和《Frontiers in Plant Science》等杂志发表。其中以第一作者(共一)在国际遗传学顶尖期刊《Nature Genetics》发表论文3篇,系统地揭示栽培亚洲棉和陆地棉群体的遗传多样性特征,陆地棉生态适应性和纤维品质的基因组学基础。首次鉴定到渐渗自二倍体棉,具有巨大纤维品质提升潜力的优异等位变异,为未来陆地棉品质育种提供了关键理论依据。
